    The first thing we ask. Fourteen weeks out or four — the plan anchors to the date, and the taper lands on race week. No race yet? Start now, attach one later, and the plan re-maps.

    Pick the shared Hybrid Standard track, or attack a weakness: engine, strength, sled power, wall balls & burpees, grip & carries. Five sessions a week, periodized Base → Build → Peak → Taper.
